Two (2) days of no-holds-barred, hands-on intensive training on how to conduct effective, successful telemarketing campaigns. You can attend Tactics and come back at any point and attend the In the Trenches training. Or you can take both but Don’t worry, we give you a week in between to catch your breath.

Session 1: TACTICS
Time: 2 hours
Fee: $200

Demographics and developing prospect lists
Scripting your calls
Keeping a positive attitude
The awesome power of ‘thank you’
Motivational games to keep up your interest throughout the campaign

Session 2: IN THE TRENCHES
Time: 3 hours
Fee: $300
Bring a good list of 100 cold prospects (you'll learn how in TACTICS) and your lungs. You’ll be making actual phone calls. Our TI (Telemarketing Instructor) will be there to get you through the ‘rough spots.’

Role playing so you know what to expect
Dealing with objections ‘live’
Record keeping to track your campaign’s success
Getting through your first few hours of calls

In The Trenches helps you turn actual cold prospects into warm leads. Tactics is a prerequisite to attending In The Trenches.
